Having completed 3 years undergraduate psychology degree, Saloni sought a greater experience to help others and joined the Crestpoint team as a Wellbeing Advisor in the early part of 2021. Bringing her unique view to other young adults Saloni realises the importance of taking care of our mental health and wellbeing. Focusing on mental fitness for those seeking a deeper meaning and purpose in life, Saloni has a great passion for making life easier and more fulfilled.
Saloni’s experience covers studying, working and managing balance between the academic and cultural belief systems that often create extra pressures for us in daily life. While understanding mental health is very important, Saloni is a firm believer that there has to be recognition with all aspects of our individual selves, the mind, body, spirit approach to psychology, counselling or coaching people through life’s journey. Libby grew up in South Africa, lived in Vancouver where she worked as Scuba Diving Instructor from the age of 18 years. She has a CERT IV in Training and loves to share her knowledge. Being the daughter of a Doctor has ingrained within Libby the importance of taking care of one’s physical and mental health and wellbeing, and provided the skills to identify and analyse the in depth reasons behind the current health issues.
Libby has taught groups of up to 4 – 8 individuals. During her Scuba Diving Courses, Libby was required to hold the responsibility of other people’s lives in her hands. She has a passion to see others succeed and overcome fears in highly stressful situations. Libby carries with her the confidence to show others how to overcome fear in extreme circumstances.
She loves photography and has a creative flair which allows her to show others how to take a practical approach to managing stress. Libby is a great listener and supporter of others, and can offer real life solutions to challenges that people face so that the tools and strategies are useful and applicable to everyday living.

Stacey is a highly effective and solutions based human resources professional with proven ability in delivering results. Stacey has professional HR experience across both white and blue-collar workforces within the aviation, rail, construction and mining industries, as well as exposure to the New Zealand, UK and Australian markets. She is passionate about the critical role that HR plays in promoting a healthy working environment, and how this impacts on our individual wellbeing.
We spend a significant amount of our time at work which can bring daily challenges to our lives. Stacey is particularly supportive in providing education around employee and employer rights and entitlements, focusing on empowering and upskilling employees and leaders in their positions within any company.
