EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP
Sustainable and ethical leadership for future generations
Many of those in Supervisor, Management or Leadership positions are there by chance and have not had training to become an Effective Leader. Companies can promote individuals from within the organisation because they have been there the longest, or know the technical stuff and so can answer questions, but when it comes to managing people, the job is very difficult as it requires a different skillset to being on the tools or on the front line of the business.
The Effective Leadership Program allows managers and supervisors of all levels, ages and experience to gain valuable insight into how to earn respect and lead the team to kick goals, perform at its peak and reap the rewards and recognition that goes with a high performance operation.
Designed to ensure that every person who is in charge of others gains the respect and admiration of those that they oversee.
Find the best way to increase productivity, decrease absenteeism and delinquency while enjoying the role as leader and manager
Working within a safe space, leaders and managers can openly discuss the challenges they face when managing people on a daily basis. Learn the strengths and weaknesses within the organisational process that will support your best style of leading and managing people. Troubleshoot the best ways to deal with difficult employees and engage with other managers and supervisors taking comfort to know that you are not alone in this challenging role.
This workshop is extremely important for those who are new to a Supervisors role, or those who find themselves in charge of others but have difficulty in this position.
Suited to established leaders who have great technical and business knowledge but would like to brush up on their people management skills. Using the building blocks of personality profiles, effective communication, foundations to living strategies and the core code of conduct that every human being uses within the moral compass range of decision making, HR management techniques with a balanced and reasonable logic behind the proven personable and interpersonal relationship results.

If you’re looking for someone to tell you how you should live and make your decisions for you, you may need to continue your search. If, on the other hand, you find yourself at a crossroads where your current modes of thinking don’t seem to be offering a way forward, Julie and the team at Crestpoint Psychology can provide not only a place of sanctuary, but the additional guidance you may need as you walk your own path toward greater understanding of the world and your place in it.
