Fed Up – Anger Management Program
Who should attend?
Dedicated to all those who are frustrated, angry, annoyed or generally disconnected from enjoying life. Anyone who has trouble controlling or managing their emotions would greatly benefit from this workshop. Set over 4 weeks the hour long sessions will engage and enhance your ability to recognise, understand and learn to calm your emotional responses to things. A great way for guys (and girls) to begin to engage within themselves a more positive expression of their thoughts, feelings or emotions and the action they take as a result.

Anger warning signs in our emotions and thoughts can include:
- Losing your patience
- Being irritated
- Feeling humiliated
- Feeling resentful
- Feeling overwhelmed

- Week 2: What lies beneath: Causes of Anger coming out sideways
- Week 3: Noticing different ways to engage
- Week 4: Putting it all into practice. Actioning.
