About the sessions
The sessions include easy, seated relaxation for calm and wellbeing. The first half is relaxation by small physical movements and breathing, and the second is mental relaxation.
Experience true relaxation, restoring calm, clarity and ease. Plus learn relaxation skills to use at home and work.
As a bonus, Jocelyn gives a mini-talk with practical suggestions on how to de-stress and regain health and resilience. Topics include:
– sleeping well, waking fresh (getting a good night’s sleep)
– mindfulness
– balance in your life
– a sense of perspective.
