Taking care of yourself first
This program is designed to embed positive ongoing self care practices. Teaching the fundamentals behind the mind body spirit integration of self care practices and build focus and strength towards self sustaining energy levels.
Libby teaches invaluable habits in looking after yourself through exhaustion pain and stress. She brings a focus to how your body is feeling and what to do when under pressure.
This workshop creates a safe space to relax and unwind, not only for one day, but on a regular basis.
Find yourself and learn how to really take care of you for a change.
This workshop digs deep into the well of self, to identify destructive patterns, release the negativity, let go of the ‘overwhelm’ of daily life, and learn how to rebuild a new and dynamic way of living.
This workshop is extremely important for those who are emotionally exhausted, constantly busy and have very little time for themselves.
If you are a parent, essential worker, shift worker, full time employee, business owner or carer of others. This workshop is a MUST to help you regain balance. It is especially relevant for those in are in pain or constant ill-health, as well as those suffering from continually unusual afflictions of the body or have low immune systems.
Ideal for adults who are on the go all the time and have not had time to consider their own health or mental wellbeing. These self care workshops are designed to reinforce good health and mental wellness practices in everyone. Male and female attendees welcome.
